I am an out-of-network physician for all Kentucky exclusive health plans, all Oregon plans except for the three listed above, Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans purchased in other states.
If you have coverage with a health plan that does not include me in their network or prefer not to bill insurance, please consider the following:

Please see the Psychiatric Services Agreement for my current practice terms including my fee schedule. I will explain the content of session invoices at the start of treatment, welcome addressing any iterative concerns or curiosities, and provide a summary invoice at the end of the month for established clients. I expect timely payment via Square each week.
